Greetings! My name is Pamela Collett, and I will introduce our global partners.I lived and worked in east Africa for ten years. Working with Hot Sun Foundation offers me the unprecedented opportunity to help transform hundreds, indeed thousands of lives. I would like to introduce the Hot Sun Foundation ADVISORY BOARD, who are committed to transforming lives through media and art.

ARUNA AMIRTHANAYAGAM, counselor for Public Affairs,United States Embassy, Singapore, supported the KIBERA HIP HOP FILM FESTIVAL and the March 2008 screenwriting workshops, while he was Cultural Affairs Officer ,US Embassy, Nairobi.

LESLIE DESMOND , lawyer and social advocate, Michigan, USA is helping with networking and fundraising in the USA.

WASIM KHAN, born in Kenya, has lived in the United States for 20 years. Wasim currently lives in Kansas City, Missouri. He has extensive experience working with social service agencies as well as in the food service industry and in sales and marketing. Wasim founded Wazimu Promotions to bring the best of African entertainment and culture to the USA. Wasim is developing the Baraza African Cultures Center to bring understanding, opportunity, community and development through sharing African cultures.
